Community Service Coordinator -

Rules:
1. Wear PHS shirt!
2. Get volunteer form signed each time!
3. Take pictures of volunteering to post on the website! Send to Mrs. Sizemore @ dawnsize@yahoo.com or you may drop them off at my house on a cd.

 

Guidelines:
Requirements will be a minimum of 30 hours.

15 hours must be spent on the Parkview Youth Football Association cheerleading squads.

(Team mom will sign the form).

An additional 15 hours can be obtained by approved community opportunities.

The camp for the Youth squads does not count towards any hours.

If you know of a need in our community where volunteers could be used, please contact one of the committee members and we will try to help out. Our focus is on community and youth and providing our cheerleaders with chances to serve.

In mid-January, a request will be emailed for everyone to submit their hours earned so the service pins can be awarded at the banquet.
